The only things I might be concerned about in your situation is the wax ring around the base of the toilet.  

How is a wax ring properly replaced?

I prefer them to have electric stoves, and electric water heaters--two less things for them blow themselves and the other units to Smithereens.Those coiled gas lines do leak from time to time, and the other things I don't like in the units are candles (open candles or religious candles in a colored glass from the local grocery store) or live Christmas trees.

Ex: small bottle of dish soap, a few hand towels for the kitchen, sponges, pledge wipes, maybe a small Candle or a Glade plug in. 

I own a condo and my plumber found a toilet leak when recaulking ,the wax gasket never made contact with floor and there is lots of water under the toilet , not a flooding scenario , the toilet base is 100% caulked held in the water for years and there is no gap left in the back , now I need help if HOA can help here  or would it be the owner responsibility?

We replaced the toilet including the wax ring and thought we'd solved the problem.Fast forward to two days ago, my partner and I took two showers back to back- about 30 minutes of water use from the master bedroom(not the leaking bathroom).

You can also seal and wax it like a vct floor so you can just recreate a wear layer during turnovers.

She denied smoking and claimed it was a candle before aggressively slamming the door in my face.

Now whether the banks allows it, is a hole nother ball of wax.
