From sports to sales to investing, that‘s an awesome journey.

I host the Salt Lake REIA downtown luncheon on the third Friday of every month at Legends Sports Grill on 200 West and 700 South.

I actually climbed the roof with the seller and inspector and sounded like I knew what I was talking about.It's a team sport!

its almost like a sport in some of these areas and these techniques seem to be handed down over time … Jacking the power..,  by pass the water meter ,  rip off your condenser unit.. all quite common in the areas that are high % rentals in the SFR realm. 

Would it matter if the guest was only looking to drop off bags or put food into the fridge?

Evidence of smoking in the unit may be seen in the furnace filter (bag it and save it).

We never knew the reason why we couldn't inspect this particular unit during the walkthrough but now the cat is out the bag. 

Don't know if you consider Hot Springs central Arkansas but once a month we have a meeting with a mixed bag of attendees.

It's amazing how rational this sport is.

My current side-side hustle, Global Artisans, employs local refugees to make bags out of recycled vinyl banners.The BP podcast has already been a trove of knowledge and motivation, but I'm glad to finally raise my hand in here and pay forward the advice and support the BP veterans so willingly give.
