Hello everyone, I want to get my real estate licences in Texas and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a school or organization to complete my basic 180 hours of education.

Basically, where did YOU get your license and do you think I should buy an online course?P.s. The s in the title was a mistype.

If so, everything related to the property should be in the name of the businessAside from that, just purchase the property and all the business licences without forming an LLCI hope this helps

I'm not only a Investor but I also have my Real Estate licence that I only use for my personal use.

The seller will have to pay the full commission to the agent, regardless of where the buyer lead came from, and if you are not licenced, cannot receive any referral fees.

I recently received my real estate licences.

Sure a good agent that can sell their services and knowledge will give a good starting price that in fact should sell and they don't want to take on an over priced listing, then you have the majority of agents that just want to get any clients and will deal with those issues after the fact.Remember other than wholesaling there is no easier and cheaper way to get into real estate than getting a licence.
