Hola! 

I've lived in Dallas for about 4 years, and I'm currently coming under contract for my first property.  Right now my goal is to buy and hold (and rent) 5 properties in the next 7-10 years. I will be pacing myself as I plan on keeping my day job, which I love! I'm a licenced Professional Engineer in the State of Texas (civil engineer).
