The Orlando Paintball location has some indoor warehouse space for two courses, so building a larger warehouse than needed and renting out a portion may work as well.

And I know that as well as store fronts that sell, there are a huge number of indoor grow operations that operate in industrial areas, as we as in residential neighborhoods.

Yeah, you could call and get a customer service rep and explain what you want and all but you're just gonna get the run around and will waste your time trying to get to the decision maker.
