Hey BP!

Thank you all for this great resource!

My wife and I have our old townhouse rented out (N. Virginia) and currently own our home residence in Raleigh, NC.   The N. Virginia townhouse is doing fine from a cash flow standpoint, but we are seriously considering exchanging it for a multi family property in our home state of NC.  Our tenants have over a year left on their lease and I wouldn't want to sell while they are still there so just trying to learn in the meantime.

While doing research, I was pumped to find this great community and have thoroughly enjoyed the articles and podcasts although I have only scratched the surface on the content here.

Longer term I am interested in building a portfolio of additional multi family properties and ideally I could see this as something that my wife and I could do full time.  I'm getting way ahead of myself here but that's the dream anyway. We also have three young kids and jobs so will need lots of help locally in way of agents, brokers, property managers, etc, as we work on this nights and weekends.

I look forward to getting to know the other BP members here!

-Dan
