Do not encourage anyone in the buildings infested, your units or otherwise, to use 'foggers' because while they may work, what they generally do is spread the issue.I'm relatively new to the forums here, so i don't know if it's allowed to say so in a post...but if you'd like to send me a private message i can tell you the chemicals i used (which are available through the worlds largest online retailer......) and, at least in Michigan, do not required any sort of license to use. 

These are non repellent barrier treatments and the primary treatment is done by trenching around the foundation and pouring in the mixture of chemical.

I think with this topic it really depends on what kind of tenants you are thinking of...When we imagine tenants as being perfectly responsible, good hardworking people, then it seems harsh to not try to work through the situation with them.

Their infection rate has dropped low enough to partially re-open their economy due to their extremely harsh reaction. 

I had one recently that I couldn't clear with a snake, chemicals & water pressure etc.

  - Get the educations or find a position you like that doesn't require it.It sounds harsh but until you stop blaming the world for your lack of happiness and start holding yourself accountable for it, you may never succeed.
