Hi would you rent to a graduate student newly arrived from west europe with no credit history, income or domestic guarantor?

I’ve been wanting to get into real estate since I was young and after graduating college I have next to no money.

I recently graduated college and started my career as a mechanical engineer and have recently decided that while I love my job I don't want to work for the rest of my life, and real estate investing makes the most sense to me in order to gain financial freedom before I turn 60.I have been reading a ton of real estate books and discovered the bigger pockets book on rental property investing which gave me a great introduction to all the topics and possibilities in real estate.

There's also a new graduate school there, increasing even more the demand for rentals, in this case higher end rentals.I'm drawn to the idea of a new small apartment. 

After graduating from college, I needed a house to live in.

I just graduated from high school and I decided not to go to college, but instead work for my dad. 

Although I am making decent money right now for someone who just graduated college, I am contemplating leaving my job in the near future about 1-2 months from now to devote all my energy to wholesaling.I have been consistently marketing (cold calling) for almost a month now to vacant absentee lists.

I purchased my first property 5 months after graduating high school and that sparked my interest in real estate.

I am 24 years old, just graduated and am moving from Miami to Chicago for work (yes I bought a jacket already).
