How do I get started wholesaling the right way?

I’ve been wanting to get into real estate since I was young and after graduating college I have next to no money. There has been many of these real estate gurus online, YouTube, social media claiming that you can get started in “wholesale real estate” with no money. How true is this? What is the best ethical way to get started wholesaling?

You are in the right place! I would suggest listening to BP podcast but also You Tube Mark Whitten Breakfast Club interview,he breaks it down so simple.
