Do I quit my day job?

I am 23 years old, have been working at my current full time job for 4 months now. Although I am making decent money right now for someone who just graduated college, I am contemplating leaving my job in the near future about 1-2 months from now to devote all my energy to wholesaling.

I have been consistently marketing (cold calling) for almost a month now to vacant absentee lists. I have not closed a deal yet but I'm filling my pipeline and have potential leads that we should close on in the coming weeks.

Due to my job I am able to spend around 2 hours a day making calls. If I do leave my job I will be able to devote my full attention to this business.

Just curious to your opinions as to what I should do?

(Obviously cutting an income stream is not a good decision financially, but I really want to accelerate the process and take advantage of time)

@Samuel Toby There is no way I'd quit a paying job before having a very established business going. Until you're making, in wholesaling, at least enough to support yourself (dont forget you'll pay more in taxes and pay for your own healthcare), keep it as a side gig for now. You're young, you have plenty of time.
