I think it would be a more ethical option all around and less likely to get you accused of bank fraud.

Nothing to do with ethical or politically correct reasons.2 contractors, both same years in industries and both have identical knowledge and skills.One has one leg the other 2.I am hiring the one with 2 legs, because he will probably be faster, less likely to get injured on the job, etc. etc.These are just facts.

We had 2 escalation offers on our most recent sale and it definitely helped the “winner” and our broker was very ethical about it - I don’t think a buyer who offers an escalation would honor it without seeing another offer in writing.

I did a quick research and it seems many people are doing it and there isn't anything wrong ethically or legally, so is there something wrong in subletting for profits that I'm missing?
