Anyway, after that, two days later I have a letter from a local unlicensed social worker that my tenant had been seeing stating that her need for an Emotional Support Animal was due to diagnosed disabilities due to the loss of her child.

Louis, MO and while I don't own any properties nor have I flipped/renovated/rehabbed any homes (at least for profit, I have helped friends) I am INCREDIBLY passionate about REI and getting into the house flipping (I'd ABSOLUTELY LOVE to focus on historic homes).When I was 20 I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease that I'll live with for the rest of my life.

Chris, I think I would do a little fact finding (and it seems you have) and even think about thanking the neighbor for the input and letting them know you will be looking into it...I like to try and diagnose if it is an issue conflict, like really a noise problems, or a personal conflict, like the two don't like each other..

If cash flow is lower than $300 u will feel stress as every little fix ( if u are not up to doing the fixes urself) would cost at least $75( cost to have someone diagnose the problem).

Thankfully we were in the Palo Alto School system this was diagnosed by the Teachers they had special class's and teachers to handle it and now he is fine at 35 Y Old.. although never going to be a speed reader.. but my brother had the same thing in the 60's and early 70s and he had a terrible time in school.. you got shuttle into the special class they never learned how to read and many end up in trouble in society or get labeled like you are labeling them.

As service calls come in, I get them diagnosed at 4 p.m. ish and make a list for tomorrow hd run. 99% of all service calls can wait a day.
