Emotional Support Animals

Do we have any recourse? This is an out state property for me and has a property manager suppose to be watching. Tenant moved in. I am down at the property doing an inspection and find a new tenant with 3 pit bulls in a cage. Now they are claiming it is an emotional support animal. I instruct the property manager to give 72-hour notice just to put the clock on. They have now provided a letter according to the property manager for the animal (the letter states he need emotional support animals Does not define the animal type or gives an animal).  I tried calling my insurance company to see if my policy had any restriction to be able to say my insurance company does not allow these animals but the policy does not. I guess I could see if there any complaints from neighbors? Any other suggestions or are we forced to manage it?  Thanks to everybody for help.

I would continue with the eviction and force them to prove they are emotional support. They definatly are not and the likely hood is that when you inform them you know it is a fake "emotional support certificate, off the internet they will run.

Don't let them get way with the scam.
