Haha nope I don’t touch alcohol ( poison to the body) I can’t stand cigarettes or smoke and I never bought a lotto ticket in my life .

One cigarette butt is harmless, 330 million per hour is not harmless and is unethical.

I carry insurance for that tenant who falls asleep with a cigarette in my non-smoking rental and burns it to the ground. 

A tenant has smoked in a non-smoking property. It's obvious by the smell, but I'd like to find a more concrete way to prove that she has smoked in the unit. What is the remediation?  

The cigarette butts are total laziness and disrespectful. 

There is a reason people rent and don't buy, the sooner you admit that and understand basic people, what motivates them, why they say one thing and do another, why somebody complains about the rich (you the landlord), how they perceive themselves as victims, how they can complain they can't pay their rent on time because they don't make enough money but will spend their time on the weekend surfing facebook instead of getting another job, or smoke cigarettes spending $300 a month on them but can't pay the rent,  the easier this all gets.

Thin walls, our bedroom is filled w/pot, cigarette smoke, they are in & out all night vaping, w/more loud talking each time..

While I was doing a showing to a few new prospective tenants while the old tenants were still living in the house, everyone (including myself) had smelled cigarette smoke in the house.

Meanwhile, the problem in your unit may worsen, particularly if the leak causes mold to grow.The close proximity of neighbors - Your tenants are likely to complain about noise, cigarette smoke seeping through their unit, and other issues.

Tenants don't smoke it every hour like a cigarette smoker and it's easier to clean.
