You should choose your groups that you attend by the quality of the leadership and attendees and your interest in the particular topic.

The local CONNECTIONS are where the real value comes from.At the meetup this Wednesday, it seemed like over HALF of the attendees mentioned that they are looking for a good deal to buy.

We have been meeting for the past 15 months and we have grown to ~25 attendees from all different levels of investing.

@Bryan Otteson no I don't do the super guru - I am working with the local Denver Chapter of National REIA - I don't think there will even be any speaker sales as that is not what this event is about - its more to introduce the attendees to the REIA groups and their members in the various markets so they can reach out and ask question and for help rather than buying from the super Guru guys.

Discovered that I knew more about the title aspects than probably 70%+ of the attendees.

Most attendees will wear tags expressing their niche such as wholesaler, lender, investor and/or what they are looking for (money, partner, units or ??).
