New Flipper in Louisiana

Hello,

I a new to flipping/investing in Louisiana. I have a background in mortgage and title and have recently received a contract on my first flip. I am looking to learn different ways investors have found to finance deals and how to find contractors. I am a DIY junkie.  I'd like to be able to quit my full time job eventually and flip/invest full time. Looking forward to learning a lot from the experience here.
