How to Connect with Chinese Investors?

I know a lot of folks in China are looking to get their assets secured in the US, and I see deals all the time that American investors may not jump at that would fit international buyers' criteria perfectly. The problem is, I'm not sure how to connect with Chinese buyers. Aside from language barrier, I just don't have a network over there.

I've seen sites like Juwai that attempt to connect American real estate professionals with Chinese buyers, and I'm curious if anyone has had experience with that. Really just looking for suggestions in general on how to help these folks get their money out of China and into American real estate.

I'm a Chinese and living in Tampa. What I can tell you the so called Chinese "investment" money flow are at their end due to the down turn of Chinese economy. The government is limiting cash flow out of the country and people are dumping foreign accesses to bring the money back. Pay some attention to the world's hottest RE markets like Hong Kong, Vancouver, Toronto, and Melbourne, it is not hard to see the slow downs. It is just a bit too late if you are looking for the Chinese money, and I don't think Tampa is attractive enough for it.
