Newbie in Louisville, KY
Hi everyone! I'm new here, but have had an interest in real estate for some time. I moved from the suburbs of Chicago to Louisville in 2018. While in Illinois I took a course to obtain a real estate license but didn't take the test. I also got involved with a real estate investing group, turned out they just wanted my money. Although I met some good people I didn't really learn much about investing. Now I am here and ready to learn. My goal is to own rentals and do some flipping. I don't currently have capital to purchase, but would love to connect with others to learn all I can so I'm ready when the capital is in place.

Welcome to the community. Louisville has alot to offer as far as ways to connect with the REI community.
