Move to Columbus OH its cooler than LA with cheaper housing

Also, an outdoor kitchen, propane fueled 4 burner unit with a bar, counter, mini coolers, grill etc...There are more, but you get the idea.Obviously I can put them all on Craigslist and sell them, but that would require me to go through the trouble of finding out the brand/model number, how much it was when new, if it's fully functional or not, and show it, negotiate etc...Are there other alternatives?

Another thing to consider is you are going into a cooler market with school starting back up (at least in my area).

I have one in my house too and hardly have to use it at all . . . this is Tucson.House has a 12,000BTU through-the-wall AC and a swamp-cooler but unless you close half the house, it's not practical to have both on at the same time.

Last month's power bill just hit, and even with cooler temps, was over $500.00. 

Tech stack does sound cooler than fixing a wet crawl space though.

Check the heat reflective colors because over an existing roof you get much better air flow and a much cooler attic, thus lower cooling bills.
