Hi, I have a roof that need to be change, but any time i request for an estimate they come back and give me options. They said i have one layer and i add another layer to it, do any body recommend this. It's a rental. Thanks

Always do a tear off . the roof last longer . Finding a leak on a 2 layer roof is difficult .
