For an hour podcast, I believe the intent is exposure to areas for members to investigate further and for entertainment (and are likely geared towards BP's largest member base).

Need to investigate the options, please feel free to share strategies you have implemented.

Hi Deborah -- This is a personal subject for me as I live in a home with oil heat and have been investigating other options. 

Most of us here use Chrome and we don't have any issues on our end, but would like to investigate!

One of our REIA directors recently stated there are three locals now under investigation for these activities.

Also investigate if the interest on the deposit belongs to the tenant.

The tenant should not be on this check at this time if a valid lease is in place, they are still deposits.The Property should be physically checked as soon as possible due to your concerns.The Arizona Department of Real Estate would be very interested in this situation and would very/extremely likely immediately open an investigation into the matter. 

Although I will say when it comes to there income you should do more investigating. 

We investigated before they purchased and the management company representing that unit was only able to provide the rental history for the last two years which were successful.
