Approximate costs of converting from Oil to Gas heat in a SFH???

Hey BP! We typically steer away from properties that have oil heat (because we have one already that can sometimes be a nightmare if you don't have a very responsible tenant occupying the home). However, I've come across a few homes that I would like to purchase that have oil heat and was wondering if anyone has an estimate of what it costs to convert a typical 3/2 SFH. Any advice or experience is appreciated. Thanks!
