Collecting rent monies online

Does anyone have a site they recommend for collecting rental monies from tenants/online direct payment?(paypal, freshbooks, quickbooks, etc...) With freshbooks you can send an invoice and they can pay online. However, many of the aforementioned websites charge high fees.

I just have my tenants pay through my bank, it's a quick pay account and it deposits right into my account. it's free.
