There are no specific "minimum requirements," aside from "don't commit fraud" and a human BS test.

We both work full time jobs and have a couple of side hustles to help with getting started in REI.

My father owns a construction company in my hometown, so I have spent my fair share of summers swinging hammers and digging holes.I am employed as a full time engineer and I am looking towards real estate to supplement my income and build a more stable future for my fiancé and myself in this exciting stages of our lives. 

There is a Streamline K $35k and under / no structural changes and a full 203k - anything above $35k that is more encompassing. 

I basically paid full retail price.
