Project update for our 2-family flip in Southington, ConnecticutThe granite countertops for the first floor have been installed and the appliances have been installed as well so the interior rehab is now completeearly this week we are having a cleaning crew we use come and clean the entire interior of the houseThere is still a little bit of siding work to be done, plus some minor landscapingLastly, sometime in the middle of next week we will have a professional photographer come out and take pictures for the listing.HML updateNow that the countertops are installed we will have our HML out on Monday to inspect for the 3rd draw to be disbursed, the 3rd draw includes all of the interior rehab work done on the 1st floor.
