Facebook is also a great tool for vetting prospects and identifying any red flags.If your looking to ensure you have a constant stream of bodies to fill any vacancies sticking around the Drake area can have some positives. 

It seems like a really great tool that not only collects rent, but can handle tenant applications and screening, track expenses, manage maintenance requests and can create a website for advertisement.

The only thing I have remote people do is some of our leasing/marketing follow up using an online web based CRM.  

I have access to the Bigger Pockets tools and use those to print out reports, would you also include tax records, preliminary title report if you have it, closing cost estimate, breakdown of renovation costs or just a grand total for your estimate? 

@Jake KainYes they offer what they call a tanker it’s for a few hours one class and that’s it rest is on your own studying with the compucram tool

Do you have enough reserves to pay for materials, tools, insurance, subs etc upfront before work starts?

And to top it off:Very little furniture, lots of dump runs, sometime the grass and landscape get neglected for a couple weeks, always sweeping and vacuuming up dust, painters tape stuck to your clothes, joint compound imbedded into your jeans, tools scattered around the house, half a wall is opened, trim isn't done....
