@Manu Kaina IV Local banks should love these deals.If you can't find local banks any online, try calling some similar-type neighboring properties' owners and see who they use to finance.

@John Patton I was doing some poking around online and it does seem like people don't move to Irondale for the school districts. otherwise they seem to like the neighborhood

What online sources do you use to narrow down the search?

As far as rents go, you can look it up on renometer or you’re local for rent places online to see what other people are charging for like units.
