real estate has supply limitations for buy and hold and flipping....whereas the stock market you can leverage your capital 4 to 1. and scale ..as I mentioned before I like real estate but as an investor I see alot more competition and properties going higher and reducing cash flow

You're likely to find investors who have a fully scaled property investment company, financial advisers looking to make connections for their clients who want leverage their retirement accounts, and real estate agents who have built an investor clientele database over their career. 

Do NOT skip or shot change this step ... investing in RE is nothing more than analyzing and managing income and expenses and balance sheet risk, just done on a larger scale and with leverage; so better to master it first while the stakes are much lower.Educate yourself by reading and on BP, but keeping an open mind without trying to pick a market or strategy yet.
