I would love to learn more about real estate investing without getting myself in over my head.  I have a townhouse in CO, a single family here in Moab, as well as a duplex (I live in half).  They are all good investments, but I'd like to expand and have enough passive income to not work if I so choose.

@Jonathan Duhon yes :) I'm up to 18 rental units. This my third year not teaching and just doing real estate full-time. Thanks for asking...it's crazy to look at how much has changed in the last few years....
