Summerlin near Charleston is pretty much the prime Summerlin location, unless you head east past Durango.

But, it’s a head scratcher: why wouldnt you buy something under value and fix it up to greater value instead of spending more money for a turnkey type property ... to max cost segregation ?

Plus QBO is clearly where they are investing their R&D going forward (like most companies) so I would head down that path.

Hi there,  after reading a few posts and going thru one of the books Brandon wrote - I realized that I might be able to find a much better deal by just heading north of the border of IL to WI.
