Landlord breaking a lease 6 days before im to move in.

I signed a lease was supposed to move in in 6 days had argument with my brother landlord decided not to rent to me can he do that legally. I live in CT

I"m trying to read these sentences with out any punctuation... it's very tough.  IS your brother also the landlord?  Or did you have an argument with yhour brother and somehow that is related to landlord not renting to you?  I'm Confused. ;)
