Hi Patrick, I'm from California but started my real estate journey here in Indianapolis.

. :-)Looking to start my journey as a boots-on-the-ground type of cat..I'm heading towards the wholesaling route to build some capital to then funnel into BRRRR type rentals.

So why am I wanting to grow my LLC at this point in my journey, is it just a matter of pride to say that I’m a business owner or am I missing something?

My main goal is to start my real estate journey on the right foot and set myself up for success.Other questions:Is the Phoenix market too saturated due to the huge influx of people moving there?
