I am looking to start investing in the Indianapolis area. Unsure if I should start with a buy and hold LTR or try a flip/BRRRR. I am working full time with an irregular schedule and frequent travel for business. Hoping to connect with someone that may be able to walk me through the process or teach me what steps I should be taking. Any and all advice is appreciated!
