Fix and flip partnership between investor and wholesaler

Hello guys,

I hope you're all doing well. I have a newbie question. I started wholesaling to start building my capital and start my investing journey.

I was wondering if any investor have experienced partnering up with a wholesaler but instead of paying the wholesaler an assignment/finder's fee, the wholesaler got a share in equity and got paid after the house is fixed up and sold.

Would appreciate you guys' input! Thanks in advance :)
