Hey everyone!

So I watched a webinar yesterday. He mentioned that the first thing you should do is contact one of BP's realtors. But as a beginner... what should I say to them? As I've stated before, I'm a complete beginner?

If anyone got any suggestions, please feel free to respond.

Thank you!

@Edward Guillen Hey Edward. I think first and foremost understand what your goals are when reaching out to a realtor. Are you in the look to buy right now? Are you trying to find an investment property or find your first home? I think educating yourself and reading more books to understand where you are at in your real estate journey is the best thing.

When it comes to chatting with a realtor. Tell a little about yourself and what you are looking for. Ask them if they are investors as well and see where they are investing and if they are looking for properties right now as well. I think finding someone you can trust is huge, so shop around.
