Any recommendations of a broker or company that will insure these properties? 

We are hiring some contractors (roofing company, mason) that will cost more that $600 for repairs.

Look around your home, 99% of the things you use day in and day out were made possible via financed capital so the companies who make them could build the equipment to make those things. 

The car company is going to repossess the car if payments are not made.  

Just not sure whether (and what if so) there are any impacts to the mortgage/insurance company I need to be aware of, etc....
