Make sure it's in a good area and find something that needs some fixing - added value or that you can add on to the back or redo the kitchen, etc.

In Henderson, I don't believe you would be allowed to install a kitchen in a "casita", unless the property were zoned for multi units.  

Top floor has a 2 piece living room window, a kitchen window, and a sliding glass door.

Wonder if non-GFCI outlets are still legal in kitchen/bathroom with older building in San Francisco?
