Greetings,

Looking to put myself out there. I’m looking for like minded people for the Las Vegas market.

Goal:

Purchase a home near the 4th quarter of the year.

House Hack; Rent by Room; Build/ Live in ADU.

SFR Or townhome NO HOA.

My Budget: Anything below 225,000

Loans I will be using:

-Navy Federal Credit Union: Home buyers Choice.

Or

-5% Conventional loan.

 Fairly new to Las Vegas.
Currently And constantly traveling overseas for work.

Completely new to investing in real estate. I’ve read  many books from BP. Listened to many Podcasts.
I have the cash reserves and credit.

I really want to House hack a SFR with a bigger lot so I can build a ADU and live it while renting out the rooms for the house. My aim is for like-minded young entrepreneurial professionals.

I really want to connect with anyone from the Las Vegas area who has experience in the field.

Thanks,

Peter P.
