Hi All - For those that were curious - I had my plumber meet me over there today, and fortunately finally heard the "knock" myself.

I feel fortunate to have found a company that has its clients best interest at hand.

So far I have done some invest in automobiles while I was still in school, it didn't help me to make fortune but I had my share.

Fortunately, the area has plenty of older houses in various conditions.

A long term lease would ensure your property was cared for while you would avoid the management concerns other landlords endure dealing with common tenants.I trust your understanding that not everyone is as fortunate as yourself in their education, however, I can assure you that I know real estate very well and that I am a very responsible person.   

I have attended a few seminars and was very fortunate to be able to listen to speakers that have changed my perspective on so many things.

fortunately, fannie mae pretty much NEVER does repairs so it's still pretty much an out clause.
