Introduction

[Don Mayer]

Hi! My name is Don Mayer and I live in Rome, Georgia. I have been investing since 1988 and after all these years I have never become weary of the challenge of being an investor.

In the early years, I focused on the buy and hold strategy, buy now I focus on Lease Purchase. This low risk strategy fits my tolerance level at this time in my life. I really enjoy working with sellers and tenant/buyers in solving the problem that each one brings to the marketplace.

I hope to share some of the things I have learned as well as being a student of others experiences. I look forward to meeting you.
