Newbie from Bayside New York

Hi BP Community,

I'm 26 and new to real estate investing. So far I have done some invest in automobiles while I was still in school, it didn't help me to make fortune but I had my share. It's been half years now since I graduate from Columbia University with an engineering degree, my job now is more focus on marketing.

I was thinking about starting with a rental properties (Duplex or Multifamily House) around my neighborhood in NY or nearby states, the market could be very tough for a newbie like me, everybody in BP community did a good job helping people with their investment. I'm glad to be part of the big family.
