I am looking for ideas on how to spruce up the place/give the properties' curb appeal a little boost without breaking the bank.

I am seeing Multi-family properties that appeal to me (just found one that is "perfect" in what I am looking for but financially just can't yet.

The location is close to a military base so tenants have a steady job during this crisis which made it even more appealing.

Did they appeal, and is it resolved?

It is hard to get an appraiser to change their minds, but if you back it up with the comps they used or potentially the lender could appeal to the appraisal company?

My criteria was block home, no foundation issues, no mold, no pool, under $175k all in after repairs, expected rent over $1350/month after repairs, B- or better neighborhood, and something that on quick tour/curb appeal after improvements would be highly appealing for renter.   

The titles of job positions in this area that appeal to me are: processor, auditor, underwriter, closing coordinator, closing facilitator, credit analyst, compliance specialist and operations assistant.
