This is all for the Las Vegas area.

I'm about two months from hopefully starting in on this crazy investment journey.  I am seeing Multi-family properties that appeal to me (just found one that is "perfect" in what I am looking for but financially just can't yet. Yes, it is killing me).  But before I do anything I need my team.

I have a realtor, she actually teaches others how to be realtors and I trust her, though she may be a bit out of touch with investment strategies.  That said, if you or someone you know specializes in investment properties, I'm interested.

I know a contractor through a co-worker but this is a big hole for me.  I know I need a reliable contractor that can not only do the work, but help me in assessing properties before offers are put in so I am open to more contractor options.  All the properties I want will be a forced equity situation so there would be work outside of the assessments.

The trickiest part.  I need a lender who can work with a first time home buyer.  I want to utilize house hacking strategies as much as I can so I need a lender.  I recognize a good lender may not necessarily be in my area.  I am looking for someone that is not afraid to hold the hand of a newbie with the understanding that I am looking to do as many deals as can be had in the next 3 years.  Then 1-2 a year for years after (including a commercial investment within 5 if I am lucky).  All that to say hand holding in the beginning would have long term benefits.

Ok.  So there you have it.  If you can be part of my team or know someone that you care to refer, let me know here or message me.
