The smart ones come up with fake pay stubs and all sorts of scams to get in then don't pay.I do see finally the prices going up and inventory down but how long will it take for any good returns to reach the outskirts?

I know people who have been scammed out of properties they have owned for generations, bribery and corruption is unfortunately common if you know the right people in government.Luckily my spouse is Filipino but I know based on recent visits you’ll want to stick to metro Manila (Makati, Alabang) or a bit further away like Quezon City.

We should all be helping one another so that no one gets scammed or taken advantage.

It is true, you need to spend money and sometimes take risks but this isn't a risk, this is falling for a scam and being willing to take your partner with you because they think it will benefit them in the future.

The scam likely goes like this - they send you the cashiers check and you deposit it and it appears to clear.

This seems like a scam post...
