My ultimate goal is to be able to replace my W2 income with the cash flow from my investments, giving my wife and me the financial freedom to live our life as we please.

Initially the idea of selling our comfortable single family home that we pay an expensive mortgage on was a turn off for her but now she understands how doing a house hack can begin moving us toward eventual financial freedom
