Newbie to RE but ready to start in Texas!

Hello :) My name is Synthia B. and I am 1 year-in of growing my knowledge of RE investing. During that time, it has been hustle + save on repeat. Other than my countless hours on youtube and reading about RE, I have no prior experience.

My husband and I are both Travel Nurses working in California with a home base in Texas. Over the past year, we have been working hard to save for our first property and we are finally ready to take the plunge. I am so thankful for all of the resources and information BP and people along the way have provided, as it has led us here.

Our goals in RE are to purchase single & multifamily properties to become financially independent. We found out about BP through friends of a friend about 1 year ago and never looked back. Thank y'all for taking the time to learn a little about me, cant wait to grow some connections!

@Synthia B. you are on the right path.  Educate yourself and save capital, and when you feel sufficiently prepared (you never really do) go for it!
