I agree, I also need a website to build my buyers list...But while i'm waiting to get one i'm taking Nick J advice and stopping at every house i see with a long dumpsters,roofers,painters or contracters in the yard...Introduce myself and ask for the investor tell him what i do and see how i can add value to his company...and ask the magic question...
