Hello from a Newbie

Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Mollie from Fresno, CA. and am not only new to the site but also to the industry. I recently got an oppurtonity to take on a Property Management position with an investor who is an individual landlord :D I have experience as a leasing agent and am really excited about this new adventure. I've been doing a lot of research about being a landlord and am hoping to continue my growth in this area. If you've got any suggestions about beneficial reading material, I'd really appreciate it!
