Hi everyone. I have been a BP member for about a month and noticed the new member intro section after about 50 posts or so. Sorry about this late introduction!

I am a 42-year-old serial entrepreneur. I have accumulated some capital and thought I was retired. And then this real estate crash happened and I just can't resist the opportunities out there.

I live in two countries - some years, I live in California and other years I live in India. This has been going on for a while but as the kids get older I guess I will have to decide one way or the other and stick to the decision (at least until they go to college).

I have a fair amount of academic and experience-based knowledge of finance, economics, etc. I even manage some decent-sized stock portfolios. If any of you ever need to brainstorm a stock you are interested in, I will be happy to give you my two cents. I must say that I am more of a Buffett-type long-term investor than the day-trader type.

And thanks to all the experts for writing wonderfully informative posts and to the newbies for asking great questions. BP has been a fantastic find for me.
