Labor and capital are really the only two methods that generate income.Fix and flipping, along with property management, wholesaling/brokering, or developing (among others) are really jobs. 

People refer and renew because they are receiving exceptional service and a quality place to live at a price that they think is fair.

I'm going to try the BRRRR method and keep going until I cant.

You'll find them a variety of ways: expired listings, landlords who have filed for eviction, probate sellers, pre-foreclosures, and as referrals from active agents, just to name a few methods.

I love technology and quality of life, sometimes the former doesn't always mix well with the latter.

also, how do I figure what type of counter tops,flooring,tiles, waterless tanks, etc, are better vs others as far as price and quality.
